Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake
Ingredients
• 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
• 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
• 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven and Pasta
• Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
• Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
• Drain and set aside
2. Create the Sauce
• In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat
• Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes
• Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant
• Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink
• Remove shrimp and set aside
• Pour in white wine, simmer for 2 minutes
• Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream
• Bring to a gentle simmer
3. Assemble and Bake
• Transfer pasta to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce
• Season with salt and pepper
• Pour mixture into a large baking dish
• Arrange cooked shrimp on top
• Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese
• Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly
• Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
Serving Suggestion: Pair with a crisp green salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
