Simple Wheat Bread

*directions:

Place the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, then add oil and eggs. Beat on high for two minutes. On low speed, add about 1/4 cup of bread flour until dough forms into a clump. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead 50 rolls.

Cover and leave for 10 minutes. Shape the dough into a loaf and place on an oiled 8 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ x 2 3/4″ baking tray. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place until it is about an inch higher than the skillet, about 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375°F, bake for 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, I cover the top of the loaf with a tin tent to prevent it from turning brown.
Immediately remove from pan to cooling rack. Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
