Ingredients
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 lb baby potatoes
1 small onion, sliced
3–4 dried red chiles (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender; drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet and brown sausage slices; remove and set aside.
Add chicken to the same skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden.
Add onion, garlic, and dried chiles; sauté 2–3 minutes.
Stir in cabbage and cook until soft and lightly caramelized.
Return sausage to the pan and mix everything together.
