Ingredients
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
12 oz jalapeño cheddar sausage, sliced
1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter or oil
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste

Soft-boiled eggs
Sliced green onions
Chili flakes
Lime wedges
Instructions
Heat butter or oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy on the edges. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté garlic and fresh jalapeño slices for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 3–4 minutes).
Lower heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese gradually until melted and the broth becomes creamy. Add smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt if needed.
Return sausage to the pot and simmer 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot and top with soft-boiled egg, green onions, and chili flakes if desired.
