1 lb sirloin or ribeye, cut into chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Ravioli
1 package cheese ravioli
1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
Garlic Butter Sauce
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup pasta water or broth
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season steak and sear 3–4 minutes per side until browned; set aside.
- Boil ravioli until tender; reserve some pasta water.
- In skillet, melt butter, add garlic, seasoning, and a splash of pasta water to create sauce.
