Ravioli

1 package cheese ravioli

1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)

Garlic Butter Sauce

4 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup pasta water or broth

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper

Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season steak and sear 3–4 minutes per side until browned; set aside.
  2. Boil ravioli until tender; reserve some pasta water.
  3. In skillet, melt butter, add garlic, seasoning, and a splash of pasta water to create sauce.
  4. Toss ravioli in garlic butter.
  5. Add steak on top, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
