Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 pounds flank or skirt steak
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Warm tortillas for serving
Marinade Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together:
• Olive oil
• Lime juice
• Soy sauce
• Worcestershire sauce
• Minced garlic
• Cumin
• Chili powder
• Salt and pepper


Marinating the Steak:


  1. Place steak in the marinade
    1. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
      1. Turn meat occasionally to ensure even coating
        Cooking Instructions:
    2. Remove steak from marinade, pat dry
    3. Heat skillet to medium-high heat
    4. Cook steak 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare
    5. Remove steak, let rest 5 minutes
    6. In same skillet, sauté peppers and onions
    7. Slice steak against the grain
      Serving:
      • Serve with warm tortillas

      • Sour cream
      • Guacamole
      • Salsa
      • Chopped cilantro
