For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
