Baked Crispy Chicken

These delicious crispy oven baked chicken tenders will change your life! They are breaded (crumbed) oven fried chicken tenders that come out TRULY golden and TRULY crunchy. And minimum mess – no fingers caked with batter and breadcrumbs!

When I am shopping at a grocery store, I usually gravitate towards the poultry isle, to check if there is a sale going on, more often than not there is one. For only 5 bucks you can have enough chicken to feed a family of 4 and still have leftovers. This week, chicken thighs were on sale. So I grabbed a super value pack.

Since chicken drumsticks are larger than wings, I included a generous amount of onion, garlic to compensate for it’s size- to fully permeate the chicken.   I switched out the thyme for Italian herbs, you can use any other dried herbs that you have on hand.


1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon butter
