Candy-Studded Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate candies
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Directions:

Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Blend in sour cream and flour. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in half of the mini chocolate candies and pour the filling over the crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is just set. Cool completely.
For the topping, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and pour over the cooled cheesecake. Decorate with the remaining mini chocolate candies.
Chill for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
