Don’t overfill the dough, or it may burst while baking

Brush with extra garlic butter after baking for shine and flavor

Serve warm for the best cheese pull

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or round pan with parchment paper.

Roll out each piece of dough and fill with a spoonful of cheese and bacon.

Seal each piece and place seam-side down in a circle to form a wreath.

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush over the dough balls.

Sprinkle the top with Parmesan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Brush with more garlic butter after baking, if desired.
