During the spring and summer, there’s so much asparagus, we don’t even know how to handle it. We love it simply roasted, but there’s so much more to do with the vegetable: You can make asparagus bacon pasta, bacon asparagus roll-ups, or asparagus soup. But our favorite way to prepare it as a fancy side: Top it with garlic, a little cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella and bake it until the cheese is bubbly and golden and the asparagus is tender. This will be gone in seconds.

I know I know, asparagus is glorious just as it is. BUT, give me this one. When I say asparagus baked in cheese is potentially one of the most delicious things in the world, I kinda mean it 😳
The easiest way to get asparagus into your diet is roasting them. Throw them on a baking sheet or tray and letting the oven work it’s thing. It doesn’t get any easier. But not everyone’s a fan of these green stalks! Coming up with ways for everyone to enjoy them can be a nightmare! That’s where this asparagus recipe comes in! You’re only four main ingredients away from having the best asparagus of your life!

To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed

3 T. butter, melted

1/2 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper…combine and store in an airtight container)

1 T. grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Italian seasoning

How to make it :

Line a baking sheet with some tinfoil. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle with the melted butter.

Sprinkle the house seasoning and Parmesan cheese over the top. Place in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
