Cream Cheese Peach Pie Delight

Here’s an easy recipe for a delicious dessert we call Cream Cheese Peach Pie Delight. We use a homemade cake mix but you could use a store bought mix if you wanted to. I am always asked for the recipe when I take this anywhere. Plus I won 5 blue ribbons and Best Pie of Show for this pie. It’s a great pie.
Peaches and Cream Pie has a tender peach cake layer topped with a cream cheese cinnamon mixture. This is no-fail dessert and a great way to use up those peaches.

My friend Kristine and I were having a whole conversation about fresh peaches, just the other day. What is the BEST way to eat a fresh peach, we wondered. Chatted about it for quite some time, actually. It’s nice to have friends who like food as much as I do.
Peaches and Cream Pie is delicious, refreshing summertime dessert. This easy recipe calls for canned peaches, so you can enjoy it any time of year. It’s melt-in-your-mouth peaches and cream dessert and if you serve it warm it’s very similar to a Peach Cobbler, only better, having cream cheese filling and caramelized cinnamon sugar topping!

This No Bake Peach Cream Pie is made with fresh peaches, a no bake graham cracker crust, and an easy cream pie filling. This homemade peach pie makes the best easy no bake summer dessert recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

1 package of white or yellow dry cake mix
1/3 cup butter, room temperature
2 large eggs, divided
29 ounce can of peach slices, drained
8 ounces of Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Cut Peach slices into 1 inch pieces. You can use frozen or fresh peaches if you choose but I like canned for this particular recipe because of the short baking time. Spoon into partially baked crust. In large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla extract. Beat with mixer until creamy. Spoon over peaches. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 30 minutes. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
