CROCKPOT PINEAPPLE MOONSHINE

Another great “moonshine” recipe to make using pineapple juice is this recipe for Crock-Pot Pineapple Moonshine! Remember this is a strong alcoholic drink and you can use either Everclear (if it is sold in your area) or vodka. This tropical Pineapple Moonshine recipes is the perfect cocktail for spring and summer.  It’s bursting with pineapple, coconut and orange flavors and is one of my favorite flavored moonshine recipes. When we were on our honeymoon in Aruba, I had the most amazing cocktail.  It was sweet and fruity and very tropical.  This Pineapple Moonshine is my twist on the cocktail I enjoyed so many years ago at the resort in Aruba.  This is one of the best flavored moonshine recipes I’ve ever made. This tropical moonshine is one of my all time favorite pineapple cocktail recipes.  I love the combination of flavors – pineapple, coconut and orange – come together into a strong and flavorful cocktail that will knock your socks off.

Ingredients

56 ounces canned pineapple juice

2 cups granulated sugar

3/4 liter everclear grain alcohol or vodka

Instructions

Add pineapple juice and sugar to crock-pot.

Cook on LOW for 2 hours with lid slightly ajar.

Allow mixture to cool completely before adding in Alcohol.

Add in alcohol and mix well.

Pour mixture into 4 Quart Canning Jars.

Add lids and rings to jars.

Store in a cool dry place.
