Easy made Banana Split Cake

No-Bake Banana Split Cake has all the fabulous flavors you’d expect from a scrumptiously melty banana split sundae, all in an easy to prepare no-bake dessert. Complete with maraschino cherries on top of course, because it wouldn’t be a banana split without a cherry on top!

No Bake Banana Split Dessert is a classic! It layers a graham cracker crust, cream cheese-based filling, bananas, pineapple, strawberries, whipped cream, nuts, chocolate & a cherry on top! Part banana pudding and part icebox cake, it’s a great dessert for the most special holidays or simple gatherings.

I love a good banana split. Eating this perfect treat takes me back to being a kid and heading to the ice cream store with my family. I always wanted that huge, banana split that was probably decadent enough for three people! I still love banana splits but I also just adore the flavor combinations that make up the banana split.

Easy made Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

2 cups graham crackers
1 stick butter
4 bananas
1 can crushed pineapple drained
2 eggs or 2/3 cup egg substitute
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 large frozen whipped topping
1 small jar maraschino cherries
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans

DIRECTIONS

Melt 1 stick butter and mix with 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Pat into the bottom of a 9″x13″ baking pan.

Mix eggs or eggs substitute with confectioners sugar using an electric mixer. Beat well and then pour over the graham cracker crust.

Drain the crushed pineapple well and layer it over the sugar/egg layer, next layer the sliced bananas and the sliced strawberries. Next cover this with whipped topping. Drain the maraschino cherries and place them on top either randomly or on what would be each serving. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Chill for about 2 hours before serving.
