Did you know you can use mayo instead of butter to make grilled cheese? Now imagine if you use chipotle mayo.

This delicious Grilled Turkey & Swiss Sandwich (the grown-up version of a grilled cheese) is ready in just 15 minutes. Your entire family will love the layers of melted cheese, oven roasted deli turkey and flavorful mustard spread in this sandwich.

I am so stoked to be partnering with Duke’s Mayo to bring y’all this amazing Turkey Grilled Cheese with Sage Mayo recipe. This is the ultimate grown-up grilled cheese. It’s got juicy oven-roasted turkey breast, smoked provolone, crispy pepper bacon, and a sensational garlic sage spread made with none other than Duke’s Real Mayonnaise.


Add Hy-Vee Bakery cracked wheat bread
8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery cracked wheat bread

Add Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
¼ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened

Add Hy-Vee American, pepper Jack, and/or cheddar cheese
16 slice(s) Hy-Vee American, pepper Jack, and/or cheddar cheese

Add medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

Add thinly sliced Hy-Vee deli turkey
4 oz. thinly sliced Hy-Vee deli turkey

Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Working in batches, place buttered sides down in skillet. Top each with two slices of cheese, tomato and turkey.
Cook until toasted and cheese begins to melt. Using a spatula, flip one onto the other to form sandwich; remove sandwich and keep warm. Repeat with remaining ingredients until all sandwiches are assembled.
