A delicious homemade confection!! OMG…PERFECT on a day with low to no humidity!! This Grandmother’s Heavenly Divinity was always a part of our Christmas celebrations. A staple in my household.
WHAT YOU NEED :
– 2 to 1/2 cups of sugar
– 1/2 cup of light corn syrup
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 2 egg whites
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans or 1/2 cup cherries; If desired
