Cream Cheese Ranch Crescent Roll-Ups
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef
• In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
• Drain any excess grease.
• Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Stir in the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until fully combined. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. - Prepare the Crescent Rolls
• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
• Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
• Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside. - Season and Bake
• Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
• In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder.
• Brush the butter mixture over each crescent roll.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. - Serve
• Let cool for a few minutes before serving. These are perfect as appetizers, snacks, or even a quick dinner option.
