Cream Cheese Ranch Crescent Roll-Ups
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef
    • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
    • Drain any excess grease.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Stir in the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until fully combined. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Crescent Rolls
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
    • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
    • Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside.
  3. Season and Bake
    • Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
    • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder.
    • Brush the butter mixture over each crescent roll.
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve
    • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. These are perfect as appetizers, snacks, or even a quick dinner option.
Serving Suggestion: Pair with a side salad or dipping sauces like ranch or marinara for extra flavor!
