Mexican Dip

Taco Dip is the perfect snack for game day, a quick party appetizer or to serve to unexpected guests last minute. This easy no bake dip recipe starts with a creamy layer flavored with my favorite taco seasoning. We add all of our favorite toppings including lettuce, tomatoes and cheese (I also love olives and jalapenos). “This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law and always goes fast! Cream cheese at the base of the dip makes it extra thick and scoopable. Seasoned beef and vegetables make it extra filling and tasty! You may want to prepare two batches. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.”
“I am continuously asked to bring this dip for parties and family get-togethers. People gather around the platter until it’s gone.”
Whether it’s football game day in the fall or winter, there’s nothing better than wandering over to the food table and finding the best Mexican 7 layer dip. It’s the best I’ve ever had!
