Taco Macaroni and Cheese is an easy and quick weeknight dinner you must include in your meal making menu! It’s a mixture with ground meat, maconi and cheese, along with taco seasoning, all in one delicious food item. It’s easy, quick and is ready in just 30 minutes!
1 pound ground beef , or ground turkey
2 boxes of Macaroni and Cheese Macaroni and Cheese – the brand you prefer (boiling milk, water, and butter are the most common ingredients)
1. Can Rotel (seasoned chopped tomatoes)
Taco seasoning 1 packet (Usually will require water)
Large spoon to stir
In one pot, cook the macaroni and cheese.
In a separate skillet, cook the ground beef to a golden brown and take off the fat
Mix the seasoning taco (which typically requires some water) into the beef. Stir until the ingredients are well-mixed
Include your canned Rotel tomatoes with the taco meat to allow them to remain warm as the taco meat cooks
Once cooked, add your cooked pasta and cheese to the mixture of meat. Mix well and Enjoy!
