* Ingredients :

° 6 tablespoons olive oil
° 2 lemons, 1 cut into rings, the other juice
° 4 garlic cloves, minced
° 1 teaspoon kosher salt
° ½ 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
° Kilo green beans
° 8 small red potatoes, sliced
° 4 chicken breasts

* Instructions :

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
We get a tray and brush it with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Organize slices of lemon in one layer at the bottom of the tray.
In a large bowl, mix the remaining of the oil/ lemon juice/ garlic/ salt and pepper.
Add green beans and dip them in the “sauce” using a slotted spoon or tongs.

Add potatoes to the same olive oil mixture and mix in the same way, then place along the inner edge of the tray over the green beans.
Place the chicken in the bowl with the olive oil mixture and dip it in well.
Pour the remaining mixture of olive oil over the chicken.
Roast chicken for 50 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the tray, and put the beans and potatoes again in the oven for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
Put the chicken breast on each of the serving dishes, and divide green beans and potatoes evenly, to provide this meal warm.
