Turkey Ranch Club Wrap

You may think that having a 3-year-old that can do his own laundry is some sort of incredible blessing, but it doesn’t always feel like it is. Particularly the times when he starts his own loads with only one shirt in it or when he decides to add my dry-clean-only shirts to his loads because I tell him he needs more than 1 thing in the washer at a time.

I made these wraps a couple Saturdays ago when I had bacon leftover from the breakfast sandwiches I put together. It was close to lunchtime so my mind instantly went to club sandwiches. My husband loves anything with bacon but he especially takes a special liking to turkey clubs.

They’re so delicious and satisfying. A great way to feed hungry bellies without turning on the oven!

Dream feeding is when you feed the baby while they’re asleep, so they’ll sleep longer into the night and you can get more hours of sleep. I was skeptical when my pediatrician told me this. No way Josh will stay asleep AND eat. It sounded too good to be true.

Ingredients
1 Tortilla Wrap (I used multi-grain, use what ever you prefer)
2 ounce of smoked turkey…
1/2 slice sharp american cheese (or cheese of your choice)
2 slices cooked bacon**
1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
2 tomato slices
Romaine lettuce (you could also use baby spinach)

Directions

Spread ranch dressing over the center of wrap. Add turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine.
Fold sides in and then roll up.
**Bacon can be cooked in skillet, oven, or microwave.
