Ultimate Chicken Casserole

°6 ounces stuffing mix (use 3-4 cups of dry stuffing)
°1¼ 1¼ cups water (hot to boiling)
°½ tablespoon butter (optional, melted)
°½ cup chicken breasts (cooked, shredded or cubed chicken breasts or thighs)
°Half a cup of sour cream
°10.5 ounces cream of chicken (one can of condensed soup)
°½ teaspoon salt and pepper (to taste)
°½ teaspoon garlic powder
°½ teaspoon onion powder

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a 9×13 skillet or casserole dish.Heat water to boil, mixing it with top mixture, hot water and optional melt butter. To put aside.
6 ounces filling mix, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons butter
Add remaining ingredients (chicken, sour cream, heavy cream of chicken soup, mixed greens and seasonings) to prepared baking dish and stir until combined. Put the filling mixture on top and distribute it around the edges.
2 C chicken breast, ½ C sour cream, 105 ounces cream of chicken, 3 cups mixed greens, ½ teaspoon each, salt and pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder
Bake in a preheated 400°F (205°C) oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling around the edges. Use immediately.
