Copycat Chick-Fil-A Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head green cabbage finely shredded (about 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup carrots finely shredded
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • Dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Shred cabbage and carrots finely using a sharp knife or food processor.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.

Best if consumed within 2-3 days
